TROUBLESHOOTING HEALY CONNECTION PROBLEMS
DID YOU FOLLOW THESE STEPS WHEN ACTIVATING YOUR HEALY?
1. Turn on Healy.
2. Turn on wifi and bluetooth on your phone.
Make sure your smartphone has 'location sharing' enabled.
3. Check you smartphone settings so all permissions for the Healy App are activated/enabled
4. Clean your phone of excess date (photos, phone logs, text messages)
5. Turn on your Healy in an area where there are no other Bluetooth devices active
6. iOS phone users have at least Version 14.0.2 or higher
(older versions have less stable Bluetooth connection to Healy)
